For all those that have registered before this coming week, their payments are DUE at the latest two weeks from the date they registered.
For those registering this week, it should inform them that their payment is DUE at the latest by November 8th. If the payment is not received by this date, they are to register as an on-site delegate.
For payments received after this date, their payment will be mailed back to them; they will have to register on-site as well.
Accepted forms of payment include institutional checks, bank checks, and money order. CASH AND PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PRE-REGISTRATION PAYMENT.Please make all forms of pre-registration payment payable to "Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue, Inc."

If one lump sum payment of registration dues is to be made for several individuals, please remember to include the names of all the covered registrants along with your check/money order.
No requests for refunds will be accepted. If an individual who has paid is unable to attend, we encourage that a substitute be found.
