Online Pre-registration will be available from October 13-November 1, 2008.
Online Pre-registration will be officially closed as ofmidnight on November 1, 2008.
For all those that have registered before this coming week, their payments are DUE at the latest two weeks from the date they registered.
For those registering this week, it should inform them that their payment is DUE at the latest by November 8th. If the payment is not received by this date, they are to register as an on-site delegate.
For payments received after this date, their payment will be mailed back to them; they will have to register on-site as well.
All Pre-registration payments must be POSTMARKED by November 1, 2008.
PLEASE MAKE ALL MONEY ORDERS AND INSTITUTIONAL CHECKS TOIn the event that we receive a payment that was received after November 8, 2008, we will return that payment back to the delegate. We are only accepting pre-registration payments that were sent by or before November 8, 2008.
