District Seven of the Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue, Inc. (FIND) envisions National Dialogue 2007 as the emergence and the empowerment of the young Filipino 'actor'. An 'actor' is any person or entity that inspires or influences change. In cinema and in theatre, an actor tells a story to produce a perspective of the world. Since 1992, the actors of FIND have encouraged students to explore the Filipino identity in the United States.
In recent years, national dialogues and conferences have advocated the concerns and the issues facing the Filipino community. The past fifteen years have set the stage for the next era of FIND. How do Filipinos apply this knowledge to better themselves, their organizations, and their communities?

“The world is our stage. The world is our audience. We are the actors.”
Roughly translated, pagtuturo means “the act of educating.” Utilizing community outreach and education will redefine the leaders of Filipino collegiate organizations.
