District Four (D IV) of the Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue, Inc. is comprised of seven schools located in upstate New York. D IV has hosted two Fall Dialogue at Rensselaer Polytechnical Institute in 2003 and at Binghamton University in 1998.
