IMPORTANT UPDATE
Payment is due at the latest by March 20th, 2009. If the payment is not received by this date, they are to register as an on-site delegate.
For payments received after this date, their payment will be mailed back to them; they will have to register on-site as well.
Accepted forms of payment include institutional checks, bank checks, and money order. Cash and personal checks will NOT be accepted.If one lump sum payment of registration dues is to be made for several individuals, please remember to include the names of ALL COVERED REGISTRANTS along with your check/money order.

REFUNDS
No requests for refunds will be accepted. If an individual who has paid is unable to attend, we encourage that a substitute be found.
