- Merge onto I-66 E toward WASHINGTON
- Merge onto I-495 N / CAPITAL BELTWAY toward BALTIMORE
- Merge onto I-270 SPUR N via EXIT 38 on the LEFT toward ROCKVILLE /
FREDERICK
- I-270 SPUR N becomes I-270 N.
- Merge onto I-70 W toward HAGERSTOWN.
- Take the exit.
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto I-70 / US-30 / LINCOLN HWY.
- Merge onto I-70 W (Portions toll).
- Merge onto I-76 W / PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE toward NEW STANTON / PITTSBURGH

- Merge onto I-79 N via EXIT 28 toward ERIE.

- I-81 North via Exit 131
